Warranty and Size Exchange Policy

PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR ORDER INFORMATION FOR WARRANTY AND SIZE EXCHANGE ASSISTANCE IF NEEDED.

1. 12-MONTH WARRANTY: Covers glue and stitching for men's shoes, bags, wallets, purses, and belts. Warranty covers stitching that is subject to stress, glue coming loose, or sole detachment. Decorative stitching is not covered due to user error. Warranty does NOT cover tears, discoloration due to chemicals, or any surface defects during use.

2. 6-MONTH WARRANTY: Covers all women's shoes. Warranty covers stitching that is subject to stress, glue coming loose, or sole detachment. Decorative stitching is not covered due to user error. We do NOT provide warranty for all types of leather, fabric, synthetic leather, and microfiber that are torn, faded due to chemicals, or any leather-related defects during use.

3. 3-MONTH WARRANTY for clothing and replacement if significant color bleeding occurs after the 3rd wash. As recommended by all clothing brands, please do not wash colored clothes with white clothes. The shop will not be responsible if clothes washed together bleed color.

SHOP WARRANTY PROCESSING TIME IS 5-15 DAYS: From the date the product is sent to the shop for warranty service (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) and must be verified as a product purchased from the shop, with your personal information stored in the system.

*Customers will be able to exchange the product for another of equivalent value if the original item is out of stock within 7 days from the date the shop receives the returned item for warranty service. The shop will not issue refunds under any circumstances for purchased products.

*Warranty does not apply to hats, socks, shoe insoles, heel pads, cosmetics, women's underwear, men's plastic sandals, children's plastic sandals, children's handbags/backpacks, and all products discounted by more than 50%.
